By this First Appeal, the Appellant/Original Claimant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 30th November, 2010 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 155 of 2006 by which the appellant's application under section 166 of Motor Vehicles Act, claiming compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- stands dismissed. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for Appellant and impugned Judgment and Award, I satisfy that, Appellant has made out a case for following order : Ashwini G.
