Perused the letter dated 24.09.2024 addressed by the learned 13th Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kolhapur, has sought extension of time of two months for the disposal of R.C.S.No. 359 of 2014. 2.

For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 24.09.2024, time is extended by a period of two months from today for deciding R.C.S.No. 359 of 2014.
