Since the Petitioner's tribe claim as belonging to Thakar, Scheduled Tribe has been invalidated by the Competent Committee and which is under challenge in the Writ Petition, we direct that further service benefits, like promotion or time bound promotion benefits or increments or any service benefits, shall not be granted to the Petitioner, until his claim is validated by this Court. On this condition, his service shall be protected. 4.

Hence, Interim Application No.17989 of 2023 stands disposed off.
