We have perused the order dated 18th July, 2016 of which breach is alleged. In the memo of the Petition at paragraph No.14 of the petition, the Petitioners have stated as under: "The department of rural water supply, Zilla Parishad Ratnagiri wrote a letter dated.16/06/2017 addressed to the association of village Tivera Ghera's welfare, informing therein that the work of water storage tank has been completed. The Petitioners deny that the work of water storage tank is completed and the concerned officer should be punished for making false statement on oath. The villagers of Buddhwadi have not received even a drop of water from the alleged water tank. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit "D" is a copy of letter dated. 16/06/2017."

We therefore find that there is substantial compliance of the order of which breach is alleged.

It is the contention of the Petitioners that the work of water storage tank is not completed, though it is the specific stand of the Zilla Parishad that the it is completed.

Keeping the liberty of the Petitioners open to resort to appropriate remedies available in law, if the grievance survive, the contempt petition is disposed of.
