DATE : 27 APRIL 2022 P.C. :- Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The learned Counsel submits that the land owned by Pandurang Kule is acquired. He was entitled for allotment of 1 Hector 60 R land. The Petitioner is put in possession of only 40 R land. In fact, the decision was taken by the Collector to allot 1 Hector 60 R land to the Petitioners. The learned Counsel submits that in fact the legal heirs i.e. the Petitioners have also made application earlier 2.

The Petitioners are legal heirs of deceased Pandurang. The Petitioners may make a fresh application giving reference to the

71. WP 2997.22.doc earlier application. The said applications may be given to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall take decision upon the said application on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within four months from the date application is made. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
