This Review Petition is filed by the original respondent seeking recall and review of our order dated 12th June, 2019 passed in Writ Petition [Stamp] No.34993 of 2019. Two grievances are raised by the present review petitioner. First is that when the said order dated 12th June, 2019 was passed, notice was not served on him and that all the compliances having been made, nothing survives in the application dated 27th July, 2018 filed by the original petitioner.

By the said order dated 12th June, 2019, all that we have asked the Joint Charity Commissioner to do is to hear the application dated 27th July, 2018 and dispose of the same within a time frame. This order is thus innocuous not giving any further directions than to dispose the pending application. We do not have any reason to recall such direction. There is nothing in the order to prejudice or restrict the rights and contentions of either side. Surely, the application which is pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner, must be decided and disposed of in accordance with law.
