By order dated 10.07.2018, C.R.A. was disposed of as not pressed subject to filing undertaking in terms of paragraphs 3 and 4. Mr. Kumbhakoni submits that applicant and his wife and major son are only residing in the suit premises and nobody else is in residing in the suit premises. They filed affidavits of undertaking in terms of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the order dated 10.07.2018. Mr. Inamdar confirms the said fact.
