In sub-clause (a) of paragraph 1 of the order dated 11th January, 2019, the name of 'Mr. G.K. Deshpande' be substituted by the name 'Mr. S.B. Tamsekar'. The disclosures filed by Mr. S.L. Jadhav and Mr. S.B. Tamsekar under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016) are taken on record. Both the parties have gone through the said disclosure and have no objection to the same. All other directions set out in clauses (d) to (g) of the Order dated 11th January, 2019 shall continue to be in force and no further orders are required to be passed.
