Though the Respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out. 3.

By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 620 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 31st August, 2007 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Solapur in MACP No. 324 of 2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the civil application and in spite of service, no one appeared on behalf of the Respondents, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. 4.

Hence, following order:

ORDER

(a) Delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned. (b) Applicant to remove all office objections in First Appeal (St) No.

11- CAF 4775 of 2009 29076 of 2009 on or before 29th June, 2019, failing which first appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (c) If office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, matter to appear on board on 5th July, 2019 under the caption 'For Admission'.
