Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant challenges judgment and award dated 02.06.2014 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No.281/2007 holding that the claimants are entitled to sum of Rs.5,98,800/- along with interest 8% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award, the following order:

a. Admit.

b. The Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
