The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 25th April 2019 passed below Exhibit 19 in Marriage Petition No.53 of 2018 before Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ratnagiri, whereby trial Court was pleased to direct Petitioner to pay maintenance @ Rs.9,000/- per month to daughter.

The record indicates that Petition No.53 of 2018 has been disposed of vide Judgment and decree dated 4th January 2022. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.
