The applicants seek condonation of delay of 1 year 215 days caused in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of the appellant No.2 on record. After going through the contents of the application, which are uncontroverted, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and a case is made out for granting permission to bring the L.R.'s of appellant No.2 on record. Hence application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 2.
