Apprehending arrest in Crime No.147/2019 registered with Barshi Taluka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 324, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.
On 18th September, 2019 this Court had granted interim protection to the applicant.

It is alleged that, the applicant had assaulted, one Vaishali i.e. the wife of the
2/3 informant on head with a stick, however, the injury certificate was not produced.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that, investigation in the case is over and the charge-sheet has been filed. The statement is accepted.

Even today, the learned APP has not produced the Injury Certificate.

Taking into consideration, the nature of accusations and since the investigation is over in my view, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. Application is therefore, allowed. Hence, the order :

In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 147/2019 registered with Barshi Taluka Police Station, she shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like
3/3 sum.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.
9.
The applicant shall furnish the particulars of her place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today.
10. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.
11. It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of granting bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
