For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order:

ORDER :

(a) The Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the Impugned Order dated 07.10.2015 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jath in No.MAG/hadpar/SR­12/2014".
