Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain documents which were not tendered before the trial Court at the time of deciding the application for temporary injunction. Those documents bear upon the rights and liabilities of the parties. 3.

There are concurrent findings of the Courts below that the plaintiff/petitioner has not succeeded in making out a prima facie case. This Court does not find any reason to take a different view of the matter in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. 4.
