During the pendency of this Petition, Respondent No. 1 decided the Petitioner's application. This was by an order of 29th August 2019. There is a Revision provided in law and the Petitioner availed of this remedy in September 2019. That Revision lies to the Ministry of Mines, New Delhi. That Revision Application has remained pending since. Part of that pendency at least may be due 20th December 2021

28-ASWP-6800-2019 WITH IA-3901-2021.DOC to the intervening pandemic and lockdown. We request the authority to dispose of the Revision at its earliest convenience and preferably by the end of January 2022, if possible sooner. 2.
