The writ petition is for direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the Petitioner's application being Grampanchayat dispute application No.206 of 2025.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the application came to be filed on 10th October, 2024 seeking disqualification of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He submits that the arguments are already concluded in April 2025, however, no decision has been taken.

The petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the application expeditiously and in any event, within the period of six weeks from today.

Petition stands disposed.
