By these petitions, the Petitioners who have made representations to Zilla Parishad regarding their transfer seek time bound disposal of the same.

It is not possible that we keep issuing such time barred orders as a routine in every matter, as the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad also has other pressing public duties. All that we say, since these representations are made and power exists in the Chief Executive Officer to decide and grant order of transfer, the Chief Executive Officer if decision is not yet been taken, will take the decision thereupon within a reasonable period. We suggest a time line of 8 weeks, subject to other public duties and earlier time bound commitments.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
