The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that advocate on record is in difficulty and is unable to attend the Court. The record discloses that since the date of filing of the application, none appeared for the applicant and only on one occasion i.e. on 09/03/2016, Advocate Dilip Shinde sought adjournment on behalf of the applicant. Today also an adjournment is being sought on the same ground. It appears that the learned counsel for the applicant and the applicant are not interested in pursuing the present Revision Application.
