I had already dictated order in this petition on 6th May 2024. However, certain clarification on the date of application was necessary. Hence, the petition was directed to be listed today. 2.

Learned AGP submits that the petitioner's application dated 24th August 2021 is decided on 10th April 2024. He has tendered a copy of the order/communication which is taken on record. A copy of the same is also served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since his Page no. 1 of 2

904-wp-15011-2023.doc application dated 24th August 2021, was not decided he had filed similar application on 5th September 2023. He therefore submits that in view of the communication/order dated 10th April 2024 tendered by the learned AGP nothing survives in the application dated 5th September 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, petition is disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Needless to record that the petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings as permissible in law, if aggrieved by the aforesaid communication/order.
