The order, of which breach is alleged, is dated 13th August 2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 4996 of 2024 a/w Writ Petition No. 7608 of 2010. The following directions were issued:

Accordingly, the following directions are issued:- (a) The newly added respondent shall consider the petitioner's application dated 7th December 2023 in accordance with law on its own merits without being inluenced by this communication within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this judgment. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner."

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner referred to the order dated 3rd May 2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 3537 of 2010 concerning the same institution.

Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the communication dated 29th August 2024, addressed to the Petitioner. By this communication, the Petitioner was informed that, for the reasons mentioned therein, the representation is rejected. 5.

In our opinion, this constitutes suicient compliance. If it is the submission of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the communication dated 29th August 2024 is contrary to the order dated 3rd May 2010, such grievance may form the basis of a substantive petition challenging the order dated 29th August 2024 on its own merits.

Keeping the liberty of the Petitioner open to challenge the order dated 29th August 2024 on all permissible grounds, this Contempt Petition is disposed of, as we ind that substantial compliance with the directions has been made.
