1.
We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after eight years a show cause notice has been issued for the political reason. According to learned Advocate, the petitioner submitted the correct information to the respondent No.2. The petitioner had not suppressed any information nor had given any false information. After eight years, a complaint has been fled which is also not in tune with Clause 13.1 and 13.4 of the brochure/rules.
2.
The petitioner is only issued with the show cause notice. The explanation is called for from the petitioner. The petitioner is given opportunity to clarify and put up the facts before the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 shall consider all the facts placed on record by the petitioner and take decision accordingly. As it is only the case of an issuance of show cause notice and as the respondent has Gaikwad RD 1/2
