41-APPA-1445-2014 It is submitted that the applicant (original respondent) is being deprived of his retirement benefits inspite of his acquittal recorded by the trial court, because of the pendency of the present Criminal Appeal filed by the State.
In the circumstances, it appears proper to fix an early date of hearing of the appeal, in the interest of justice. The application is allowed.
The Criminal Appeal No.781 of 2013 be added to the 'Final Hearing' board in the week commencing from 9th March 2015.
