Mr. Kulkarni states that he has instructions to withdraw the Second Appeal. He also states that in compliance of the decree, the appellants have already started the process of vacating the suit premises removed part of their articles. According to the appellants, it would take them 3 to 4 days or maximum one week to remove all their articles and handover vacant possession of the premises to the respondents. The Second Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of withdrawal of the Second Appeal, the Civil Application does not survive, the same is accordingly disposed off. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J.)
