The learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Respondent makes a statement that the proceedings before the Family Court, Kolhapur, have terminated into a decree of divorce being passed at the instance of the husband. The Petitioner­wife who had initiated consented for a decree of divorce had subsequently expressed her intention to retract from the same and had accordingly moved an application. The said order passed on Ex.9, rejecting said retraction by an order dated 4th July 2017, was challenged in the present writ petition in view of the subsequent development and passing of the decree of divorce. This petition does not survive and hence, accordingly
