1. After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner be granted liberty to make a substantive representation to the National Highway Authority along with all the relevant documents including documents as obtained by the petitioner from the State Government so as to agitate the petitioners grievances in regard to the compensation being paid for the alleged acquisition of the petitioner's land.

2. In our opinion, the suggestion as made by learned counsel for the petitioner is fair. It would be in the fitness of thing that the petitioner makes an appropriate representation. Let such representation be made within a period of three weeks from today. If the same is accordingly made to respondent No.1, let the same be decided in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from its receipt.

3. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.

4. Disposed of. No costs.
