After we were not inclined to grant any relief in writ jurisdiction, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in court, Mr.Barve seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a suit in a competent civil court. 2.

Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
