It is submitted that in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23/09/2019 passed in this application correction needs to be made because it is observed in that paragraph that Ganesh had suffered fracture to his hand. However, instead of Ganesh, Nesarikar
2 / 2 503BA266119.odt fracture was suffered by Ram and therefore the opening lines of this paragraph should read thus;
"I have considered these submissions. In particular, I have perused the injury certificates. Except Ram, who had suffered fracture to his hand, all the injured namely Ganesh, Dhanaji, Samadhan, Vitthal, Bharat, Ramesh and Minakshi have suffered absolutely minor injuries which were described as simple injuries......."

Rest of the order shall remain as it is. The order dated 23/09/2019 be corrected accordingly.
