99-BA-3211-2025 (CR)STM.doc seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded within period of six months. Learned counsel further submitted that the Accused No.1 will co-operate with the trial for disposal of the trial and also submits that the Applicant is behind bar for more than five years and ten months.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter as early as possible, keeping in view of the period of incarceration of the accused and without granting unnecessary adjournments. 4.
The applications is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and disposed off.
