After hearing for some and on expressing that the Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with liberty to move afresh if there is no progress in the trial in future. Learned counsel also requested to expedite the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with liberty to move afresh after one year before Trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial or change in circumstance.
