We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the decision would be taken on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner by the Education Officer. The statement is accepted. The decision shall be taken by the Education Officer on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner within three months and till the said date, surplus candidate shall not be sent. Depending upon the decision taken by the Education Officer on the proposal of the Petitioner, further steps shall be undertaken.
