Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, if necessary.

In this Petition the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Respondent No.3 to decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioner on 5th September 2024 expeditiously. Since the Appeal is filed, obviously the osk 1 of

93-Wp-11524-2025.doc Respondent No.3 will look into the same and decide the Appeal expeditiously, upon a request so made by the Petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he is also willing to argue the Appeal on the very same day when the Appeal is placed for hearing. The request appears to be reasonable and therefore the same shall obviously be considered sympathetically by the Appellate Authority. 6.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 7.
