Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned APP for the Respondent No.1-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind bar for more than five years. Yet trial is not concluded. Out of 33 witnesses, only 13 witnesses have been examined. It may take time to conclude the trial. Hence, requested to allow the application. 3.

It is contention of learned APP along with learned counsel for Respondent No.2 that the allegations against the applicant are of human trafficking and sexually assaulting the minor victims. The Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

31-BA-3682-2024 (CR).DOC allegations are serious and the maximum punishment is of life imprisonment. Learned APP further submitted that the trial will be concluded within six months. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard all the learned counsels. The trial is in progress. Out of 33 witnesses, 13 witnesses have been examined. The allegations against the applicant are serious. Considering these facts, the applicant is permitted to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded within six months. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is appointed through legal aid. If applicant is permitted to file fresh bail application after six months, again he has to apply before legal-aid and file an application. It will take time to complete the said procedure. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances, Mr. Lokesh Zade is permitted to file a fresh bail application on behalf of the applicant, if trial is not concluded within six months. 6.

In view of the above, application is dismissed and disposed of with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months. 7.

The Registry shall inform the trial Court about the order passed by this Court.
