Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 and the learned A.P.P. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend and implead the complainant, as party Respondent No.3. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

During the pendency of this application, interim protection

2/3 was granted to the applicant in connection with C.R. No.100 of 2015 registered with the Sanjay Nagar Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Both the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and have filed consent terms. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Mr.S.N.Biradar states that he has instructions to appear for both, the respondent no.2 as well as the newly added respondent no.3. 6.

The applicant and the respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in person and have been identified by their respective Counsel. It appears from the consent terms that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and according to Clause - 'J' and 'K' of the said consent terms, they have agreed to withdraw all the allegations as against each other and have agreed to quash the FIR by consent.

Considering that the parties have entered into Consent Terms,

3/3 the application is allowed and the applicant is granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
