P.C.:­ The present preacipe dated 18th April, 2018 is filed by the Applicant for the Speaking to Minutes of the Order dated 19th March, 2018. In the said Order, in the appearances of the Advocates, 'Mr. T.J. Kapre' has been erroneously typed, instead of 'Ms. T.J. Kapre'. The correct gender is 'Ms.'

Similarly, 'Ms. A.R. Kapadnis' has been erroneously typed, instead of 'Mr. A.R. Kapadnis'. The correct gender is 'Mr.' In the said Order, in paragraph No. 4, in third line and sixth line from top, the word 'He' has been erroneously typed, instead of 'She'. The correct word is 'She.'
