In this application delay is of 267 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 26.07.2004 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi in LAR No. 380 of 2002 is sought to be condoned. The amount awarded by the SLAO is Rs. 8120/- The amount is enhanced to Rs. 21,750/- by the learned SLAO. The learned AGP submits that the amount of enhancement is less than four times of the amount awarded by the Reference Court.
