1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Gopal Telly, Police Constable attached to Kurundwad Police Station, Kolhapur submitted that after completion investigation of present case, the investigating agency had submitted 'N.C.Summary Report' as contemplated under the provisions of JYOTI RAJESH MANE Maharashtra Police Act, to the Sub-Divisional Police Officer Ichalkaranji Division. That, the concerned Authority by its administrative Order dated by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.03.05 14:35:22 +0530 10th June 2019, has granted permission to submit the said Summary Report in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurundwad. Accordingly on 1st July 2019 the said 'N.C.Final Summary Report' has been submitted in the Court of J.M.F.C. Kurundwad, on 1st July 2019. 2) In view of the above prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) of Petition for quashing the FIR No.102/2015, does not survive. As far as prayer clause 1/2

Jyoti 13-WP 4207-15.doc (c-1) is concerned, Petitioner is at liberty to file separate Petition for quashing of the said crimes, if so advised and as may be permissible in law. 3) As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, ad-interim relief granted earlier to remain in force for a period of two weeks from today. 4) Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
