Except for enhancing cost from Rs.1000/- to Rs.3000/-, I hardly see any reason which warrants interference in the impugned order.

The petition as such fails, dismissed.

Respondents/plaintiffs are directed to deposit difference in cost in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the production of copy of this order.

Needless to clarify that petitioner is entitled to withdraw the amount.
