Since this matter was not on board, on a motion moved by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, taken on board. 3.

This motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 22nd October, 2024 indicates that the word 'Primary' in paragraph 1 is wrongly typed instead of 'Secondary'. If this correction is carried out, the period of 90 days to decide the proposal by Respondent No.2, will have to be extended.

In view of the above, the word 'Primary' in the first paragraph be substituted by the word 'Secondary'. 5.

The corrected order be uploaded.
