Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents have been served. Statement is accepted. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks deletion of the name of the petitioner no.1 from the cause title of the writ petition who expired on 10th August 2012. The legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 are already on record.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Name of the petitioner no.1 be deleted from the cause title of the writ petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon all the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out an amendment. R.D.
