By order dated 17.11.2022 the Applicant alongwith other occupants of the suit premises was to furnish an undertaking to surrender possession in any case by 31.05.2023. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant has sought extension of time for furnishing the undertaking.

In view thereof, time is extended for furnishing undertaking as per order dated 17.11.2022 by further period of two weeks from the date of this order.
