Vide order dated 19th January 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.2940 of 2022 this Court directed the learned trial Judge to conclude trial in Sessions Case No.115 of 2018 pending before Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kolhapur. 2.

Now the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kolhapur has forwarded communication dated 10th June 2024 seeking extension of two months for concluding the trial.

For the reasons stated in the letter dated 10th June 2024 seeking extension of time to conclude trial, time is extended by two months, as prayed for, as a last chance.
