1] The Interim Application seek condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application which reflect that inadvertently the Applicant filed ABA No.2435/2023, but since the remedy available was to file an Appeal, Applicant was given liberty to file an Appeal. 3] I find sufficient substance for the delay caused in filing the Appeal, as the Applicant was prosecuting a wrong remedy. In the wake of above, Interim Application is allowed. The delay in filling the Appeal is condoned.
