The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequently the recognition of petitioners/Institutions is withdrawn, the appeal is fled. In the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks grant-in-aid. The recognition of the petitioners is itself cancelled and the same is subject matter of challenge in appeal. The prayer made in the writ petition at present certainly cannot be considered.

The petitioner may, if the appeal fled by the petitioner is allowed, take further steps in respect of the grant also. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
