This is an application registered on the basis of communication sent by the applicant/accused from prison. The principal prayer in this application is that of releasing the applicant/accused on bail during pendency of the appeal filed by him. Incidentally, he has also stated that conviction order be quashed and set aside or suspended. avk 1/2

He is already released on bail by suspending the sentence vide order dated 14th March 2018 passed in Criminal Application No.1280 of 2017 by this court. What is incidentally claimed in the instant application is the final relief which cannot be granted at the interim stage.
