Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the word 'prearrest' appearing in the first line of paragraph 2, be substituted with the words 'his enlargement on bail'. He states that similarly the words 'In the event of the arrest' appearing in clause (i) of paragraph 6 be deleted from the said order.
