The Petitioner has simplicitor challenged the notice issued to him under section 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner makes a grievance that though notice is issued to him on 18th September 2015 and the Petitioner has filed a reply thereto on 23rd October 2015, the Competent Authority has not taken any decision so far. If that be so, we hereby direct the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Jaisingpur to take decision in the matter as expeditiously as patilsr 1 / 2

possible and at any rate within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
