Taking into consideration the fact that, the Petitioner is senior citizen aged around 64 years, the trial of RCC No. 28 of 2022 arising out of F.I.R. No. 2 of 2022 registered with Dahiwadi Police Station, District Satara, dated 7th January 2022 under Sections 509, 504, 506 of IPC and subsequently added Sections 354-A and 323 of IPC, is expedited. 2.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dahivadi, District Satara is hereby requested to conclude the trial of the said case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of present Order. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Petition, it is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
