This is an application for suspension of sentence and releasing the revision applicant on bail during the pendency of the Criminal Revision Application preferred by him. By order dated 12th October 2017, this Court had suspended the sentence of imprisonment and the applicant was released on bail. Criminal Revision Application No.536 of 2017 preferred by the applicant is also admitted on 12th January 2018.

In view of the above, operation of the order dated 12th October 2017 shall continue till final disposal of Criminal Revision Application No.536 of 2017.
