A motion is made for speaking to minutes of the order dated 31st October 2018 passed in this appeal. It is seen that inadvertently, typographical error crept in paragraph no.2 of the oral judgment. Instead of "appellant avk 1/2

1-APPEAL-1173-2018.doc nos.4 and 5", wrongly it is typed as "appellant Nos.4 and 4." Hence, the second "4" be corrected as "5".

Similarly, name of appellant no.1 mentioned in the cause title of the judgment also needs to be corrected as "Sunil Namdevrao Thombre (Bavdhankar)." Accordingly, correction be effected.

With this, the motion stands disposed of.
